Our client is a PE backed large multinational FMCG Industry leader, they’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Analyst to partner with the Sales and Marketing team.
This role is key in driving strategic initiatives, financial performance, partnering with Senior stakeholders and executives, and supporting long term growth journey.

• Involve in New Product Launch and Strategic Initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Effective Finance business partnering, building close relationship to Divisional Operations Leaders and local Finance teams to add value and insight
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• P&L Management: Monitor Profit & Loss performance, offering insights for improvement.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct analysis, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Help to drive collaboration efforts between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations, facilitating improved communication and collaboration, driving revenue growth initiatives
• Work with cross functional team to support New Product Development

Qualifications:

• CA /CPA qualifications or working towards
• FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing experience will be high regarded
• 3-5 years commercial experience.
• Experience using Power BI preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communications skills to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
