About the role:

• Represent creditors, directors, and insolvency practitioners, focusing on insolvency matters and related legal challenges.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice and assistance in managing litigation cases.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer or Associate with 3-6 years of experience in litigation and insolvency.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• A strong foundation in technical legal skills is essential.
• A collaborative, client-focused approach to your work.
