About the Client
Our client is a well-known not-for-profit community organisation that offers a dynamic and agile workplace culture.

A permanent opportunity has arisen for an HRBP to join the national People and Culture team on a 2 month contract with potential for extension.

About the Opportunity
The role will involve partnering with the business to coach and guide them through a variety of HR initiatives and operational activities.

ER case management and performance management will form part of the role, as will delivery of cyclical HR programs including salary reviews, annual performance reviews, engagement surveys and partnering with COE to deliver bespoke people programs to uplift the capability of the workforce.

Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced and well-rounded HR Professional who enjoys coaching and guiding line managers, building their capability. You will have a focus on building solid relationships and will take on challenges with tenacity with a positive outcome in mind.

On Offer

You will join a high performing and community minded team of HR professionals in a national COE HR model.

up to $65 per hour + super depending on experience.

Potential for contract extension after 2 months

Location is Thornlands with some flexibility on hybrid arrangements
