This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading

About the role:

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to an organisation undergoing growth and transformation. As the Workforce Planning Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in aligning future workforce capabilities with business needs. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and leadership to provide insights, tools, and strategies that support long-term planning and organisational readiness.

This role sits within the People, Health & Safety division, where your expertise will support the implementation of a new workforce planning framework. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the organisation's pilot program, driving the design and delivery of planning tools and workforce capability assessments.

What you'll be doing:

• Drive strategic workforce planning initiatives across the business
• Analyse workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and future resourcing needs
• Support and enhance the WFP pilot program, including template development
• Deliver high-quality reports and insights to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to integrate HR data and solutions

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in workforce planning and people analytics
• Strong understanding of strategic HR practices and change management
• Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly
• Proficiency in integrating data from multiple HR sources
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
