We are an established construction projects company based in Bendigo with a strong portfolio of successful developments. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Plumbing Supervisor to join our team.

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for ensuring plumbing installations and repairs are performed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage a team of plumbers and apprentices.

- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, within budget and on schedule.

- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure clear communication.

- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

- Provide leadership and training to junior team members.

- Conduct quality control inspections and manage project documentation.

Skills and experience:

- 5+ years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

- Plumbing Registration

- Construction Induction Card

- Drivers Licence

- Working at Heights (desirable)
