We are a privately-owned, multi office advice business servicing clients in Sydney and the NSW Riverina with over $600 million in funds under advice. Our roots in a rural community continue to shape our values: straightforward, people-first, salt-of-the-earth service. About the role

You will be stepping into a full-time adviser role with responsibility for managing around 50 – 75 established clients with holistic advice, primarily pre-retirees and retirees. You will play a key role in helping us grow in the Sutherland Shire and surrounding areas.

About you

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified financial adviser

Strong compliance track record and understanding of regulatory obligations

Excellent technical knowledge with a genuine care for client outcomes

Tech-savvy and confident using advice and CRM technology

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A team player who thrives in a dynamic, flexible environment

Ideally based in or near the Sutherland Shire
