Private Client Adviser – Miranda

This highly regarded financial planning firm is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced and qualified Financial Adviser to join its team in a senior capacity.

Working closely with three Directors, you will take over an established client base from one of them and continue to build your portfolio through strong client referrals and long-standing external referral partners. The clients you will inherit—approximately 100 in total—are loyal and engaged, with a gradual handover in place to ensure a seamless transition.

Your responsibilities will include the provision of holistic financial advice across a wide range of areas, including retirement and investment planning, wealth creation, income streams, taxation, estate planning, superannuation, SMSFs and personal insurance. You will be expected to maintain long-term relationships, deliver advice that is fully compliant with AFSL and legislative requirements, and contribute to the high standards already embedded in the firm.

The business is known for its strong culture, high-performing team and approachable General Manager. You will be supported by a dedicated team of paraplanners and client services officers, ensuring you can focus on delivering quality advice.

For the right candidate, equity of up to 20 percent will be made available after 12 to 18 months. Flexible working hours are also on offer.

To be considered, you will need:

A minimum of 2–3 years delivering face-to-face holistic advice

A background in paraplanning or Associate Adviser roles (desirable)

Full compliance with all FASEA requirements

SMSF advice experience (essential)

Experience working with small business clients (highly regarded)

Strong technical knowledge and attention to compliance and due diligence

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

A motivated, professional approach and genuine passion for financial planning
