About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to support the delivery of our waterproofing and flooring projects. You'll be a key part of our pre-construction team, responsible for pricing works with precision and supporting tender submissions that reflect the quality and scope we’re known for.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for waterproofing, flooring, and protective coating projects
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope documents to assess project needs
- Engage suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate, up-to-date pricing
- Collaborate with project managers to align cost estimates with delivery plans
- Support bid submissions with clear and detailed documentation
- Maintain internal cost libraries and market rate data
- Identify areas for value engineering and potential cost savings

What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years’ experience as an Estimator in construction (waterproofing, flooring, or coatings preferred)
- Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, specs, and BOQs
- Familiarity with estimating software (e.g. CostX, Buildsoft, or similar)
- Sound knowledge of Australian construction practices and materials
- Attention to detail, methodical approach, and strong analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
