The Company

Our client is a growing residential builder with a strong presence in Southeast Queensland. Known for quality builds, a loyal network of subcontractors, and a blend of custom and project homes, the business prides itself on maintaining high standards of construction, client relationships, and internal culture. They’re now looking for a high-performing Construction Supervisor to oversee upcoming residential builds in the North and Western Brisbane corridor. The company emphasizes a seamless building process, guiding clients from the initial design phase through to the final handover.

The Role

• Supervise multiple low-volume residential construction sites (approx. 11 standard builds + 1-2 custom).
• Maintain build quality and compliance in line with QBCC standards and internal processes.
• Manage site scheduling and sequencing of trades to meet agreed timelines.
• Liaise with clients at the beginning of the build process and ensure smooth handover.
• Coordinate and oversee long-standing subcontractor teams already familiar with the systems.
• Ensure completion with minimal defects; manage final inspections and handover preparation.
• Use Onsite Companion construction software for tracking progress and communication.

The Person

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential construction supervision.
• Qualified carpenter
• Confident across scheduling, build quality, client engagement, and OH&S.
• Custom & project home building experience
• Able to manage multiple builds simultaneously without being stretched.
• Willing to take ownership and drive jobs with minimal direction.
• Comfortable using digital tools and systems.
• QBCC Site Supervisor license required.

• $115,000 - $130,000 + Super + Car (Ford Ranger)
