What you'll be doing

· Maintaining our Environmental Management and Work Health & Safety (WHS) systems

· Supporting operational safety, maritime security, and regulatory compliance

· Coordinating with contractors, organising pre-shipment meetings, and supporting vessel operations

· Contributing to audits, risk assessments, and stakeholder meetings

· Helping ensure we meet all internal and external compliance obligations

· Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

· A recent graduate (bonus if your background is in science, environmental studies, or maritime)

· Excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for detail

· A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn

· Australian citizen (due to maritime security clearance requirements)

· Ideally based in or near Port Kembla (or willing to relocate/commute)
