Compliance and Regulatory Officer Support

We are seeking a Compliance and Regulatory Officer Support to assist in ensuring that our business operations align with legal and industry regulations.

Job Summary:

The Compliance and Regulatory Officer Support will work closely with the Compliance team, assisting with monitoring regulations, maintaining compliance records, and ensuring internal policies meet legal standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to grow within the compliance field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintain and update compliance-related records and documentation.
• Support internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Prepare reports and assist with regulatory filings.
• Conduct research on regulatory changes and provide summaries to the Compliance Officer.
• Assist in training sessions and policy implementation.
• Coordinate communication between departments regarding compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔️ Bachelor's degree (or diploma) in Business, Law, Compliance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
✔️ 3 years of experience in an administrative, compliance, or regulatory role (preferred).
✔️ Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
✔️ Knowledge of compliance regulations (industry-specific knowledge is a plus).
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance software.
✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
