Neighbourhood Team Leader (Core Supports and Support Coordination)
Salary expectations: $76,800 – $78,000 per year plus super (Full Time Equivalent)

The Role
Our model of service delivery hinges on the pivotal role of Neighbourhood Team Leaders, who act as a bridge connecting clients to their local communities.
Based in Mascot, Sydney, working part-time, 4 days a week (0.8FTE), you'll lead an existing dynamic Neighborhood Team of Support Workers and manage Support Coordination to ensure our clients receive exceptional person-centered support.
This role would suit an experienced Coordinator looking to broaden their skillset to Team Management. Taking on a number of existing clients and ILO’s, this role would also have a focus of growing the client base in the local community.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting clients to achieve their goals through strength-based and person-centred planning.
Coordinating NDIS packages and fostering meaningful community connections for clients.
Rostering, leading and inspiring a team of local Support Workers to deliver exceptional services.
What We’re Looking For
You are:
Passionate about making a difference, with experience in disability support or the NDIS.
A natural leader and communicator, able to inspire your team and build strong connections with families, stakeholders, and the broader community.
Organised and tech-savvy, with solid administration and IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Experienced in support coordination and committed to person-centred approaches.

Based in South Brisbane, Logan or the Gold Coast and know the local services
