About the Role

This role will ensure variety and challenge whilst operating in a team environment. The focus will be:

Perform administrative support functions such as but not limited to data management, creating reports, drafting correspondence and/or preparing basic management updates.

Engaging with Outrayjus’ current and potential new customers via phone, email and at time in person through our customer service counter,

Warehouse administrative duties including assist with stock taking, manifest and label preparation,

Reliable and accountable with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple demographics.

An accomplished ‘all-rounder’ with a high level of customer service focus

Outstanding telephone techniques and etiquette

Experience within warehouse & distribution of high advantage

Excellent customer service skills and a multi-tasker who has a strong desire to win.

Customer service experience in the retail industry of great advantage.

Computer literate with strong knowledge with Microsoft office applications.

Experience within the transport industry is also highly regarded.
