Central Coast Logistics currently have a position available for an Administration Assistant within our Paget depot. Role will include liaising closely with selected customers to offer support through both phone contact and email correspondence. Working hours are Monday to Friday approx. 40 hours.
Operating a broad fleet of vehicles including curtain side and tray body trucks, prime movers, crane trucks and vans, Central Coast Logistics services the wider Mackay region. We are seeking suitable candidates to join our strong and close-knit team.
Duties Required:
Customer Support (phone and email)
Booking in freight pickups and deliveries
Data entry
General office duties
Required Attributes:
Strong computer skills
Motivated with a strong work ethic
Great attitude
Great communication both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work unsupervised & in a team environment
Ability to work efficiently, safely and timely
