About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator at Stylecraft, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's warehousing and distribution operations. Working from our distribution centre in Alexandria, NSW, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, overseeing inventory control, and optimising our supply chain processes.

What you'll be doing

Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to plan and coordinate the timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods

Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimise stock shortages and surpluses

Liaise with our freight forwarders and overseas suppliers to coordinate imports

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all logistics activities

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

Provide support to the projects & distribution team ensuring client orders are delivered in full and on time

Collaborate with the wider business to facilitate the successful delivery of customer orders

Proficient in the use of logistics management software and data analysis tools
