Our rapid and continued expansion has us seeking a professional and dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Do:

Schedule, coordinate and monitor movement of truck drivers

Ensure the smooth running of fleet

Arrange maintenance of fleet (trucks, trailers, cars and forklifts)

Driver management (start times, fatigue management etc)

Driver performance training (ie competencies)

Provide exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone.

Your Skills:

Minimum 3 years logistics, coordination and scheduling experience.

Knowledge of Chain of responsibility and transport regulations.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Reliable, punctual, and proactive.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.

Familiarity with Dangerous Goods classifications is a plus.
