We have been appointed by a reputable Perth Tier 2 Building Contractor, 10mins from the CBD, to source a Senior Estimator as part of the pre-con team of seven. This extremely successful head contractor has been constructing commercial building projects in WA for over 20 years. Currently a team of circa 50 staff members, they have great plans for the future and in return, provide their staff with fantastic career growth opportunities.

We are looking for an autonomous Senior Estimator who can price commercial building projects between $5 – 150m with the majority valued between $20 – 40m new build, D&C. Sectors include retail, office, aged care, education, health and hospitality for both government and private clients WA wide.

Working in a dynamic team of 3 estimators and 4 supporting team members under relatively young management, this company offers extremely flexible working arrangements (confidential policy in place), no set hours, working from home as required and zero micromanagement! For an opportunity to work in this fantastic company that is clearly going places, the Senior Estimator needs to satisfy the following criteria:

• 5+ years commercial building estimating experience with head contractors
• Tender experience between $2 – 200m building projects
• Experience in either retail, office, aged care, education, health or hospitality
• In Perth or enroute within 4 weeks
• Australian Working Rights

Salary guide $180 - 245k package (commensurate with experience)
