The Role:
�� Lead pricing for projects up to $5 million, ensuring competitive and profitable estimates
�� Develop New Business – leverage your industry network and bring in new opportunities
�� Work Closely with Builders – dealing with Tier 1 cost planning teams
�� Mentor & Guide – take the lead with junior estimators, with future management potential

What You’ll Need:
1) 10+ years of experience in electrical estimating, preferably with a Tier 1 contractor
2) Strong industry relationships – you know the builders, and they know you
3) A sales mindset – while 75% of the role is estimating, the other 25% is business development
4) Ambition – looking for long-term growth and leadership opportunities
