As a New Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will undergo an industry leading graduate program, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community! With a gradual ramp up period, we will help you transition from your studies, and apply those skills in a real world setting. About your new role:

• A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development.
• Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space.
• A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way!

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Speech Pathology
• Full SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation)
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car
• Unrestricted Australian work rights
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
