SALARY: Based on experience $65,000 - $90,000 + Leave loading, Super and KM reimbursements.

BCRG is a registered charity, non-profit organisation, and NDIS provider with over 30 years of experience working alongside children and families. Due to increasing demand for services, we are looking to expand our therapy team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Provide holistic assessment and therapy services to children 0-18 years with a range of identified needs (including developmental delays and/or disabilities), to help them achieve their goals through a strength based and family centred approach.

Recommend and develop resources and other relevant supports aligned with the child’s needs

Develop reports, individual care plans and other documents that reflect the child and family’s goals, progress, skills and strategies.

Liaise with and build relationships with key stakeholders to improve collaboration and enhance child/family outcomes

ABOUT YOU:

Essential Criteria

A degree in a relevant discipline (Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy)

Registration and/or membership with your relevant professional body

A commitment to working flexibly in response to individual families’ needs and priorities using a family centred, strengths based approach

Good interpersonal, written communication and time management skills and a commitment to working collaboratively

Current Drivers Licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance

NSW Working with Children Check

NDIS worker Clearance Check

Desirable:

Previous paediatric experience is well regarded but not essential

Experience working with people from a variety of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
