Store Manager – Join the Titley’s Team

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Store Manager to lead one of our busy retail locations. This hands-on role will see you managing the day-to-day operations of the store, leading a small team, delivering top-tier customer service, and driving sales growth.

Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you’ll act as the key point of contact for staff and suppliers. You’ll also need to think strategically, continually looking for ways to improve store performance and adapt to changing market needs.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Overseeing inventory control, stock levels, and purchasing

Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Ensuring efficient daily operations

Coaching, motivating, and managing staff performance

Preparing reports and performance analysis

Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards

Managing store budgets and financial performance

Representing the Titley’s brand in the local community

Ideal Qualifications & Experience (Preferred but not essential)

Certificate IV or Diploma in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field

Retail management experience or leadership in a customer-focused environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Relevant retail or management certifications are a bonus
