As the Store Manager you will oversee the daily operations of the fuel station and convenience store, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable operations. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high service standards, team motivation, and compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all day-to-day store operations

Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff members

Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier relationships

Ensure excellent customer service standards are met

Monitor and achieve sales targets and KPIs

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal standards

Oversee cash handling, banking, and financial reporting

Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales

Rostering, payroll management, and performance management

About You:

A Minimum of 1-2 Years as a Retail Manager, Store Manager, or similar role (fuel station experience highly regarded)

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

A hands-on attitude with a commitment to team success

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required
