About the role

Join the team at Charleville Betta as a full-time, part- time or casual Sales Assistant. Based in Charleville, QLD 4470, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Demonstrating and explaining product features to customers

Processing sales transactions and handling cash and payments accurately

Maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed

Providing product recommendations and advice to customers

Supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and goals

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service

A keen attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience

The ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the store
