What will you be doing?

• Customer Interaction:

Greeting customers with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Understanding customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicle options.

Providing information about vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and promotions.

• Product Knowledge:

Gaining in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory to effectively showcase features and benefits.

Staying updated on the latest automotive trends and technological advancements.

• Sales Process:

Assisting customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.

Conducting test drives and highlighting key vehicle attributes.

Collaborating with sales managers to negotiate deals that meet both customer and dealership objectives.

• Administrative Tasks:

Completing necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Maintaining customer records and files in compliance with company procedures.
