Come be part of something exciting, where your skills and passion will support a diverse caseload in a vibrant, multidisciplinary team.
🌱 OUR STORY
Adjust Physio is a thriving, well-established clinic that has proudly served our community since 2004. Since then, Adjust has grown into a dynamic, multidisciplinary hub offering a wide range of services, in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, to people of all ages and stages of life.
We’re proud to provide high-quality, evidence-based care across a wide range of specialties. With a strong reputation in the local community, we are expanding our services and would like to invite a passionate and motivated Exercise Physiologist to join the journey.
🌟 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who is excited by the opportunity to work with a broad and rewarding caseload. Your clients will include high level athletes, injured workers, veterans, people with disabilities (NDIS) and paediatric clients. You’ll work in a variety of settings including 1-on-1 sessions, small group rehab sessions, and hydrotherapy. You will play a key role in supervising our client’s rehabilitation programs in our brand-new gym space.
This position offers the perfect mix of variety, autonomy, and professional development. You’ll have the support of a team that genuinely cares about both their clients and their colleagues.
🌟 WHAT AWAITS YOU
At Adjust Physio, you’ll be joining a passionate and progressive team offering a wide scope of services, including physiotherapy, podiatry, remedial massage, hydrotherapy and more. Our newly expanded clinic includes a fully equipped rehab gym and treatment rooms designed to support collaborative care.
In this role, you will:
Deliver high-quality exercise-based interventions to a varied client base
Supervise structured rehab programs in our clinic gym space
Run hydrotherapy sessions in our pool location
Have the opportunity to grow and manage your own caseload of private clients
Collaborate closely with a supportive team of physiotherapists, remedial massage therapists, podiatrists and admin professionals
🌟 YOUR BENEFITS
We’ve found that most clinicians care about two main benefits: Training & Financial Stability. Here's what you can expect:
Training & Support:
As a new graduate with us, you won’t see a single patient before going through your Orientation. We have a structured onboarding process designed to prepare you as fully as possible before you see your first client.
Our In-House PD continues every week including:
Weekly 1:1 Structured Clinical Training
Weekly 1:1 Mentoring
Weekly in-house team in-services
On top of this, you will also receive an annual professional development allowance of $1000 for external courses of your choice.
Financial Security:
In your first year, you'll receive a stable base salary to support your learning journey as you build your client base. This salary will always stay in place & consistently increase in line with our Award, ensuring your financial security. No dubious commission-only schemes here!
After your first year, you will receive an additional Bonus Incentive Scheme, allowing you to earn a portion of each client's fee on top of your salary. This incentive grows annually over a five-year period, ensuring that your income scales with your experience.
Upon reaching the seven-year mark, you can apply to receive the esteemed title of Senior Clinician, unlocking even more Loyalty Benefits. We'll delve into these perks during your interview, but suffice it to say, this opportunity is nothing short of extraordinary!
🌟 THE MUST-HAVES
To thrive in this role, you must:
Be an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA
Be passionate about becoming a respected private practice Exercise Physiologist.
Have a genuine interest in working across diverse populations
Embrace our client-centred approach to care and commit to ongoing training & mentoring for at least 2-3 years.
