About the Venue

Commercial Hotel (Parramatta) is a distinguished hotel celebrated for its outstanding cuisine, exceptional team, vibrant culture, and wonderful local community. Recently, we completed an extensive renovation—including our kitchen—and now we are looking to expand our culinary team with dedicated new members.
We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Chef de Partie to support our Head Chef and Sous Chef in evolving our modern bistro menu, focusing on fresh, quality ingredients.
About the Role

• Position: Full-Time Chef de Partie (Trade Qualified)
• Employment Terms: Paid hourly under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA), with all applicable penalties and rates. Please note, an annualised salary is not offered.

Key Responsibilities: Candidates must be experienced and proficient in the following sections:

• Burger & Fryer
• Pans & Grill
• Hand-Rolled Pizza & Larder
