Kings Beach Surf Club is the premier Club on the Sunshine Coast, and is known for its amazing views, meals, and great customer service. The Club is searching for a high-calibre professional Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team on a full time basis.

The Club has recently launched a brand new Pizza Kitchen on the outside Deck, as well as preparing for major Club renovations, including a new Kitchen.

This role will support the back of house operations to ensure the Club maintains and builds on its great reputation.

Essential Criteria:

· Relevant trade qualifications;

· 1 year post trade experience, or more;

· Proven reliable employment history;

· Live locally, with own transport (preferably);

· Previous experience in a similar environment; and

· Must be available to work a flexible 7 day roster (with 2 consecutive days off).

You will be confident, approachable, have a strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills. You will have creative culinary freedom, including creating daily specials.

$72,251 + 11.5% Superannuation + Paid Public Holidays (approximately 13 yearly totalling $3,612).
