This is a great opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join one of the most active construction companies in the high rise residential and commercial market in Queensland. They have active tenders and ECI's on projects ranging from $80m - $300m across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

This role will see you primarily working across high rise residential tower ECI's and you will have the support on experienced Project Managers and Design Managers through this ECI process.

This role will suit someone capable of a Lead Estimator or Estimating Manager position in the near future.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator with a mid - upper tier commercial construction company
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools for estimating purposes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
