We are seeking an experienced Site Manager who would like to join us for an exciting commercial apartment project. If you are up to the challenge you can expect:

The Role

You will be supported with a dedicated Project Manager and Contract Administrator on this and any future project. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be in charge of all site activities including:

• Managing and scheduling subcontractors
• Ensuring the project is kept on schedule and budget
• On site safety
• Quality Management
• Toolbox meetings
• Reporting to Project Manager and relevant stakeholders

You will need:

• A proven track record in delivering projects over $10million from start to completion in Victoria
• Site Manager with 5+ years’ experience working for mid-tier building companies
• Ability to manage and coordinate trades on site
• An extensive understanding of commercial building practices
• Outstanding communication and time management skills
• Excellent motivational and leadership skills
• Excellent ability to handle OHS issues and resolutions
• Great communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with multiple key stakeholders
• Strong Team Leader
• Trade or tertiary qualified
• Consistently hardworking, honest and interested in being an integral part of a valuable team
