Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Site Manager to take charge of daily operations on our construction sites. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in delivering our distinguished homes. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and productivity. Collaborating closely with the Projects Team, you will contribute to the successful achievement of company goals and objectives. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential for thriving in this dynamic environment.

This role offers the chance to manage residential new home builds while working alongside trusted suppliers and trades.

• Oversee and supervise all activities on construction sites to ensure successful project execution and high-quality home completion (15 townhouses on one site).
• Ensure all work aligns with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Develop and manage site-specific plans and schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Control project costs, including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and key stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate subcontractors and suppliers on-site.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Identify and manage potential risks or challenges that may affect project timelines or quality.
• Join a seasoned construction team with opportunities for continuous training and career development.
