We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Employment Coordinator to lead the delivery of the Community Development Program (CDP) in Borroloola . In this pivotal role, you will support job seekers in identifying and achieving their personal and professional goals through tailored participation plans, fostering individual growth, long-term employability, and active community involvement. Your key responsibilities will include assisting job seekers with goal setting, ensuring consistent service delivery, achieving targets and key performance indicators for financial sustainability, and ensuring contractual compliance while delivering quality outcomes for all stakeholders. A strong understanding of the CDP payment model will be essential for securing sustainable income for the program and the community.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position or demonstrated experience in the employment services industry.

Excellent organizational skills to efficiently coordinate and balance tasks in a team environment to achieve key performance indicators and operational targets.

Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and mentor staff, conduct meetings, and negotiate effectively to resolve problems.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce correspondence, reports, submissions, and proposals that require original content.

The ability to develop positive, collaborative working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Salary: $83,725.18 to $92,084.54, plus remote area allowance, accommodation, and relocation assistance up to $5,000.

This is a Fixed Term ,full time position. (Maternity Leave Cover for 6 Months) ,
