About the role

We are seeking a talented Landscaper to join our dynamic team at Josh Norman Landscapes' in the heart of Melbourne, VIC. As a full-time Landscaper, you will play a pivotal role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful and functional landscapes for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Design and implement innovative landscape plans, incorporating the latest trends and techniques

Expertly install a variety of landscape elements, such as gardens, patios, water features, and lighting

Maintain and care for established landscapes, ensuring they remain healthy and visually appealing

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and deliver exceptional customer service

Assist the team with project management, budgeting, and scheduling as required

Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Landscaper or within a similar role

Strong knowledge of plants, materials, and landscape design principles

Excellent practical skills in landscape installation and maintenance

Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, drawings, and blueprints

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A passion for creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
