About the role

Tradesman and 3rd/4th yr Apprentice

As a Landscape Construction Tradesman at Forge Landscapes', you will play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful and functional landscapes. This full-time position is based in Sydney, NSW, and will involve hands-on work constructing high-quality landscaping installations for some of Sydney's best landscape designers

What you'll be doing

Constructing a wide range of landscaping elements, such as retaining walls, decking, paving

Collaborating with the design teams to ensure the successful implementation of landscaping plans

Maintaining a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Horticulture, Landscaping, or a related trade

Proven experience as a Landscape Construction Tradesman or similar role, with a strong understanding of landscaping techniques and materials

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Good physical fitness and the capability to perform manual labour tasks

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation

Excellent communication and customer service skills
