About the Role
This is a high-trust, high-impact marketing position, reporting directly to our Managing Director.

You’ll shape and execute strategies that grow our brand, drive customer engagement, and showcase the work we’re doing to support farmers and future-proof Australian agriculture.

Whether it’s digital content, event promotions, or website updates—you’ll own the message, the voice, and the momentum behind our marketing.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

2–3+ years of practical marketing experience, ideally in digital and campaign-based roles

A self-starter mindset—you run with ideas, not wait for permission

Strong writing and content creation skills across digital and traditional formats

Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions

Comfortable receiving feedback and adjusting at pace

Genuine interest in regional Australia, sustainability, or rural innovation

Experience using marketing tools (CMS, email platforms, SEO basics, social media scheduling, etc.)

Your Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events

Develop content that connects—emails, social media, brochures, web copy

Manage our website and SEO/analytics reporting

Promote expos, field days, and product launches with creativity and clarity

Own the look and voice of the brand across all customer touchpoints

Provide insights and performance updates directly to leadership
