As the result of our exciting growth ambitions for 2025 and beyond, we are excited to welcome an experienced Shopper Marketing Manager to our Crows Nest team. In this newly created 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, you will play a pivotal role at RPF, ensuring that our investments deliver strong commercial returns in alignment with our corporate vision: to provide more pets with fresher, more nutritious food, helping them live healthier, happier lives.
You will report to our Marketing Director who is innovative, has a passion for excellence and believes in rewarding talent. This role is essential in driving the connection between our brand and shoppers, ensuring that our marketing efforts translate into tangible outcomes that support both our business objectives and the well-being of pets everywhere.
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Strategic Shopper Customer planning - Developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to specific retailers
- Executional Excellence - Enhancing shopper engagement and driving in-store conversion.
- Commercial Accountability - Close collaboration with sales, brand, and retail partners to create integrated marketing programs that deliver against both brand and retailer objectives.
We are looking for someone who has a positive energy and an ambition to take our marketing strategies to the next level. With our pioneering vision of Feed Fresher, Live Better, we have the goal to be #1 Leader in Fresher Pet Nutrition by 2030 and this role will be essential to help us achieve that.
You will be successful in this role by bringing the following:
- Current skills and experience in a similar role within Shopper Marketing, Brand Management or Retail Marketing (FMCG desirable) - you are known for your creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative and successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with Major Retailers and understanding of Retail Dynamics - you have a deep understanding of shopper behaviour and retail environments – specifically Cartology and Coles 360 platforms
- Knowledge of and skill in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce
- Strong Analytical Skills - you have the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven ability to collaborate in a positive and meaningful way with stakeholders internal and external to the business including sales, brand management, category management, external agencies, our in-house design team, vendors and retailers.
Moreover, you are a storyteller who is known for being collaborative and adaptable with proven ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.
