We're on the hunt for a Marketing Manager / All-Rounder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to grow with a dynamic business from the ground up.

This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne's northern suburbs-you'll work both on-site and remotely, with flexibility to balance creativity and focus.

About the Role

You'll be our go-to for all things marketing. From planning content strategies and editing videos to managing social media and producing engaging campaigns across multiple businesses-we need someone who can wear multiple hats confidently.

This is a hands-on position to start with, perfect for someone who wants real ownership. As we scale, you'll help build out a broader marketing team and shape the creative direction of our brands.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms

Plan, shoot, and edit video content (Reels, podcasts, YouTube, interviews, ads, etc.)

Create and manage content calendars, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media

Build and manage performance-based paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)

Analyse marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly

Collaborate with founders and external creatives to bring brand stories to life

Support product launches, website updates, and occasional event coverage

Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, content production, or a related role- Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)

Strong copywriting and content planning abilities - Social media management across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube

Experience in eCommerce, wellness, lifestyle, or service industries is a bonus

Comfortable managing multiple projects, brands, and stakeholders

Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Suite) highly regarded
