Dial Up Plumbing is a home maintenance plumbing company servicing Sydney wide. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Kingsgrove, NSW. This full-time (or part-time) role is pivotal in growing our brand presence, nurturing relationships with clients, and driving new business through targeted marketing campaigns. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for content creation, lead generation and strategizing impactful marketing processes. What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new leads and engage our current database.

Nurture existing client relationships, crafting personalized communications and campaigns to keep our database engaged using our current software Servicem8 and implementing a new CRM.

Design and execute email & SMS marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and engagement.

Implementing AI & Automations to create efficient marketing processes & communications.

Manage and analyze marketing performance, tracking KPIs and refining strategies.

Manage/create SEO, GMB & Meta accounts to generate high lead flow.

Content creation & creative design strategist.

Oversee marketing budgets and spend, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Use software tools to automate processes and improve office efficiency.

Create and manage social media content across multiple platforms.

Assist with general office duties, including calls and dispatch when required.

What We’re Looking For:

A motivated, highly organized & reliable individual with a strategic mind & a can-do attitude!

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on strategizing campaigns, content creation & lead generation, ideally in the Trade Service Home industry.

Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM/marketing platforms.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in design tools for content creation (Canva, Adobe, etc.).

Experience with Google Analytics, GMB/SEO, AdWords.

A creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable assisting with general office administration tasks as needed.
