To better support this demand, we are expanding our management consulting services and now seek a full-time Management Consultant to provide expert advice and guidance on corporate strategic planning, market entry strategies, business process optimisation, and organisational performance enhancement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' business operations to identify inefficiencies, uncover opportunities for growth, and provide strategic insights to enhance overall performance.

• Develop tailored strategic business plans aligned with clients' long-term goals, emphasizing operational excellence, competitive market positioning, and financial sustainability.

• Perform detailed analyses of clients' organizational structures, advising on structural enhancements and optimal resource allocation to facilitate improved workflow efficiency and decision-making capabilities.

• Assess financial performance, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and enhanced profitability, while ensuring adherence to industry best practices and financial standards.

• Advise on market trends, competitor analysis, and strategic opportunities, enabling clients to strengthen their market presence and achieve sustainable growth both locally and internationally.

• Provide risk assessments and strategic guidance on compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards, ensuring clients mitigate risks effectively while adhering to best practices.

• Support clients through transformative initiatives, including digital transformation, process automation, technology integration, and organizational culture improvements, to enhance overall competitiveness and agility in their respective markets.

Main tasks:

• Perform detailed operational reviews for RJ Plus Melbourne's clients to document and evaluate existing business processes, identifying specific areas of inefficiency or redundancy.

• Develop comprehensive strategic business plans for clients, including clear objectives, actionable steps, timelines, and measurable performance indicators tailored to client-specific goals.

• Conduct structured analysis of client organizational charts, roles, and responsibilities, recommending specific structural changes and improvements in resource allocation.

• Analyze financial statements and operational data of clients to identify cost-saving opportunities, areas for revenue enhancement, and strategies for improved profitability.

• Execute thorough competitor and market trend analyses for clients, identifying gaps and providing concrete recommendations for improving clients' market positioning both locally and internationally.

• Perform risk assessments for clients, documenting potential operational, strategic, and compliance risks, and creating detailed mitigation plans tailored to the clients' specific industry context.

• Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients, focused on business transformation initiatives such as technology implementation, process automation, digital tools adoption, and organizational culture alignment.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in management consulting or strategic advisory roles.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans, financial analyses, operational efficiency improvements, and organizational restructuring.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research methodologies, financial modeling, and risk assessment frameworks.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex strategic recommendations to diverse client audiences.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within strict deadlines.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous due to client base demands.
