This hybrid role combines project management execution with business development and account management expertise. The individual in this position is responsible for delivering projects & initiatives on time and within scope, while also identifying new business opportunities, driving growth, and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and relationship management.

Responsible for
Effectively plan, implement, and manage organisational change to ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and scope adherence.
Assessing the impact of change, developing strategies for communication, training, and support, and addressing any resistance or concerns
identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, driving growth.
Identify client pain points and drive efficiencies, optimising investments with adaptable frameworks.
Develop strategies that align with both client needs and business objectives, driving long-term success
Strong ability to manage budgets, track financials, and ensure profitability
Contribute innovative ideas and best practices, sharing knowledge to enhance clients' approach.
Collaborate across teams to uncover new project opportunities.
Manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution.
Build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders through excellent communication, ensuring their needs are met, expectations managed, and fostering high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of prior management consulting experience in a project-based or program-based client-facing environment; an advantage if you have automotive experience.
Prior experience managing complex programs or projects (on time, in budget, on schedule, etc.) such as the creation of digital experiences using Scrum and SAFe Agile delivery tools and methodologies
Familiarity with technology solutions (across web, integrations, data, CRM) and ability to identify and understand interconnectedness, ensuring seamless integration and alignment to drive value.
Collaborative team player that can foster collaboration and accountability to create high-performing teams, with a growth mindset in challenging circumstances.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels including extensive presentation development and delivery; has contributed to executive-level communications.
Highly competent with Microsoft Office or Google Docs suite. Ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and technologies such as data analysis and visualization tools, cloud platforms and solutions, customer relationship management systems, emerging technology tools (ex. GenAI), and project management tools.
Ability and commitment to be onsite at the client or consultancy office 2-3 days per week.
