Objectives of this role

· Conducting in-depth analyses of client operations to identify challenges and opportunities.

· Developing data-driven strategies to optimise processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

· Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions aligned with business objectives.

· Preparing and delivering presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

· Leading workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of new practices.

· Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

· Building and fostering long-term client relationships through trust, value delivery, and strategic insights.

Your tasks

· Meet with clients to understand their goals and challenges and analyse data to identify root causes of inefficiencies.

· Conduct thorough business analyses, including market research, financial modelling, and operational reviews.

· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for consulting engagements to solve specific business problems.

· Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and meetings with client teams to gather input, present findings, and explore solutions.

· Monitor project progress, implementation of recommendations, and adjust strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

· Create clear, actionable reports and presentations with measurable KPIs for senior management and stakeholders.

· Advise clients on navigating change management and overcoming resistance.

· Stay informed about competitive insights and trends to provide a strategic edge.

Required skills and qualifications

· A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, project management, or a similar role.

· Experience in business strategy consulting, process optimisation, or organisational change management.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

· Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation software.

· Cross-functional expertise in areas like HR, marketing, or supply chain management.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

· Solid time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

· Experience with strategic planning and business transformation projects.

· A client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

· Willingness to travel as per project requirements.

Preferred skills and qualifications

· A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.

· Relevant certifications in management consulting frameworks, such as PRINCE2, PMP (Project Management Professional), or Lean Six Sigma.

· Experience with digital transformation or IT consulting.

· Familiarity with business case development, financial modelling, and forecasting techniques.

· Strong project management capabilities, including Agile and Lean methodologies.

· Multilingual abilities to work with international clients.
