On behalf of our Automotive retail client, NES Fircroft is recruiting a Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer to join their Accounts Payable Team in a long-term role. Working arrangement is hybrid with flexible work from home schedule - 38 hours per week.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer will be responsible for:

Individual vendor responsibility

Role encompasses processing of invoices and generating payments

Weekly and monthly vendor statement reconciliation

Active communication with internal staff and vendors

Qualifications & Skills required:

Previous experience in a similar role.

Capable of accurately processing a high volume of invoices

Must have the confidence to communication and develop supplier relationships

Strong interpersonal, organisation and time management skills are essential
