The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk / Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Perth office. This is a key role within our finance team, responsible for accurate and timely invoicing, accounts receivable processes, and supporting the wider finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with customer terms and project milestones

Manage accounts receivable processes, including follow-up on outstanding payments

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy of billing information

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Assist with end-of-month reporting and other ad hoc finance duties as required

Assist with the mobilisation of employees onto site as required

Assist the general operation of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently

Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that stationery and other necessary items are always available

About You

Previous experience in a similar invoicing/accounts receivable role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g. MYOB, Xero, or similar) preferred

Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines and prioritise workload

A proactive and collaborative team player
