About the role (starting January 2025)
Are you an experienced receptionist looking to join a dynamic and growing team? All-Stacks Electrical is seeking a full-time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all.

What you'll be doing

Be in charge of all employee schedules for jobs

Executing required paperwork, ordering stock for upcoming jobs

Managing incoming phone calls, taking messages and answering customer questions

Providing information and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times

Assisting with various other office tasks and duties as needed

Working hours will be 7.30am-4:00pm Mon-Thurs, 7.30am-2.00pm Friday

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service-oriented role (not required, but ideal)

Ability to use initiative, and work with drive and passion.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office

A friendly, positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
