The Position

Strata Property WA is seeking an efficient and professional Senior Strata Manager or Strata Manager with a customer focus and strong attention to detail. While an experienced Strata Manager is preferred, Strata Property WA will consider less experienced candidates with excellent problem-solving and communication skills; this position may be ideal for an experienced Property Manager who wishes to transition to strata management. Education, training and support will be provided for the right candidate if required.

Essential Criteria

Strong IT skills

Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro skills

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

Honest and loyal with a solution-focused attitude

Desirable Criteria

Experience in strata management OR property manager that has managed strata properties

Certificate IV in Strata Community Management

Experience with Property IQ management software
