- Work with innovative technology and systems
The position, but not limited to:
- Be trained to manage a mixed-use and well-maintained portfolio
- Implement compliance with the various obligations imposed under relevant strata and community title legislation and associated legislation
- Assess and implement strata/community management agreements
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of properties and facilities
- Participate in developing and establishing property and facilities contract
Skills & Experience:
- Previous strata management, real estate or property experience is essential
- Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management
- Possess a level of high attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft software packages
- Work collaboratively with all colleagues
- Clean police clearance
- Must be resilient and able to manage conflict in various scenarios
