My clients all have a strong desire deliver a professional service to customers and produce award winning homes, they require well-versed teams backing their products.

Experience in residential construction would be highly regarded. This role lets you build rapport with your clients and see them through to the delivery of the end product.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide regular update to customers about the construction process;
• Preparation of Variations and Final Documents;
• Work within a team to achieve targets;
• Organising and conducting key handover meetings;
• Maintain exceptional customer service throughout construction process.

To be considered for the role, you will have;

• Minimum 12 months experience within a customer service role in residential construction;
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills;
• Experience in using a range of computer systems;
• Strong organization and time management skills;
