Monday–Friday 7.00AM–4.00PM

Lifewood is WA’s Premium handcrafted timber flooring company. Before our beautiful floors go in, the groundwork has to be flawless — and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Floor Preparation Technician to join our high-performance trades team. You’ll be grinding concrete, levelling surfaces, removing existing floors, and making sure every job site is ready for our premium installations.

You’ll also support the warehouse team by helping with pick & pack operations and running local deliveries when required.

What You’ll Be Doing

Grinding concrete and preparing substrates for floor installation

Self-levelling and screeding floors to create even surfaces

Removing timber, vinyl, tile, or carpet flooring

Assisting warehouse team with pick & pack tasks

Running deliveries to sites and assisting with logistics

Maintaining job site cleanliness, safety and organisation

Hitting daily production targets and supporting the wider team

What We’re Looking For

Experience in floor prep, construction, concrete grinding or demolition

Hands-on, reliable and physically fit

Willing to jump in and support the warehouse when needed

Holds a valid driver’s licence and comfortable with local deliveries

Follows systems and processes with care and discipline

A humble, driven team player who thrives in a high-output environment
