Loadscan is the global leader in volumetric payload measurement. As a result of increased global demand and development of our Load Volume Scanning technology, we are expanding and looking to employ a Product Support Technician to join our branch in Brisbane.

Your role will be to support the sales team with field technical expertise and customers that have purchased Loadscan products.

Tasks will include:

In-depth familiarization with Loadscan products and technologies

Customer technical support

Support will involve working with multiple technologies, including industrial computers, laser measurement, RFID, wireless networks, IP cameras, web technologies and 3D data visualization

Utilize technical support system (ticketing system) for management of all support queries

Creation of knowledge base and other support resources

Creation of technical and user documentation and tutorial development

On-site installations and servicing, throughout Australia and potentially international installations

Hands on approach to hardware assembly and installations - need to be able to confidently tow and back a trailer.

Ability to travel to site.

We have small teams in various locations, so all members must be willing to take on the full range of tasks within their abilities.

Experience & Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in IT/technology or 3-year minimum industry experience

General IT and computer assembly/repair skills

Excellent communication and team skills

Customer service approach

Concise written and verbal skills in English

Able to manage conflict and competing priorities

Drivers Licence
