About the Role – IT Support Officer
AFAC is seeking an IT Support Officer to provide high-level product support, administrative assistance, IT finance coordination, and industry engagement as part of our IT Team.
Reporting to the Technical Product Development Manager, this role is pivotal in supporting key platforms such as ARENA and ARENA HP, responding to product inquiries, supporting stakeholders, and coordinating communications. The role also involves secretariat duties, finance administration, and assisting with AFAC's CRM and product documentation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Product Support
Provide product-related user support and troubleshooting
Maintain product inboxes, assist with product communications
Update documentation such as user guides and FAQs
Build relationships with AFAC members using AFAC platforms
Support contract administration and eFOR queries for NAFC
Secretariat Duties
Organise and coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes
Prepare high-quality meeting papers and manage distribution
Respond to enquiries from collaboration representatives
Finance, Admin & Engagement
Update financial records and generate quotes and invoices
Maintain finance folders and documents
Manage stakeholder data in CRM
Represent AFAC at events as required
Ensure key product content is organised and accessible
About You
You are someone who is:
Passionate about IT and delivering great support
Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
Skilled in communication and stakeholder engagement
Comfortable working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities
Ideally experienced with Jira, Confluence, and financial admin tasks
