As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Operations Manager, Project Managers, and Service Teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities include:

Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking project milestones.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution of issues.

System & Process Management: Utilize our Project Management platform Procore to track progress, update records, and manage documentation.

Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all activities align with company policies, safety regulations, and client expectations.

Financial Tracking: Monitor & report on project budgets, procurement and production.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to the development of best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Construction Management), Diploma of Project Management or similar highly favourable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in project coordination within the electrical, construction, or related industries
• Proficiency in project management software like Procore
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
